When you purchase one of our pieces you will find we package them using hand made envelopes made from pre-loved wallpapers, in keeping with our philosophy of fusing beauty from the past into something unique and contemporary.
When possible we use recycled outer packing so as to limit our impact on the planet.
All items within New Zealand will be sent using NZ Post track and trace. International items are sent standard post unless a courier is requested. Please contact us if this is required.
Please remember these buttons are precious. They are made using antique, shell and glass buttons. Please treat them with the greatest of care.
Product Guarantees
Every piece of button jewellery is guaranteed for three months, from the date of the original purchase. This means we guarantee to replace or repair your jewellery should there be a defect due to original workmanship.
Returns Policy
If your purchase is unsuitable please return it within 28 days from the date you received it and we will give you a full refund on receipt of the goods - minus P&P.
All we ask is that the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note we cannot refund or exchange items that arrive to us damaged, or lost. We also cannot refund the original delivery charge.
On the other hand if your item arrives damaged in transit we will replace it without charge.
You need to let us know of any breakages within two days of receiving your order.
